First Night.

     Well, tonight I have my first night, with a mentor, training people how to ride motorcycles.  I'm about done training to become a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Rider Coach. I need to complete one Basic Rider class with one mentor and then I can officially apply for my state license. Should be fun and exciting, I know I am looking forward to it.
     Thinking of licenses, I also am trying to get my teaching license renewed in the state of Iowa.  I let it expire after moving back from Kansas, and thinking I didn't want to teach anymore.  I don't believe I want to teach a classroom, but I don't think I would mind subbing.  After subbing a bit though, who knows what I will want to do.
     As I go about my first night teaching people how to ride a motorcycle, I hope I am mindful of the first time I learned how to ride, how to be a rider coach, and how to be a good teacher.  I hope the students are mindful of how to be a good student.  And I hope us all to have open minds to accept the teaching of others in ways that are meant to be beneficial to us.
